Salesforce Developer
📍 Location: Ballarat (Hybrid)
📄 Type: Permanent
🛡️ Security Clearance: Australian Citizenship with Baseline Clearance Required
We are hiring multiple mid-level Salesforce Developers to join a dynamic project team in Ballarat. If you have strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Omnistudio, and a solid grasp of Salesforce DevOps, we'd love to hear from you.
🔧 Your Responsibilities:
Build and configure scalable Salesforce applications per business requirements
Develop clean, secure code using Apex, LWC, Omnistudio, and Flows
Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Outbound Messages
Configure objects, security settings, and permission sets
Follow CI/CD best practices using Git and Scratch Orgs/Sandbox
Conduct peer code reviews and ensure platform scalability and performance
Participate in testing, go-live support, and defect resolution
Document systems for future maintenance
💼 Key Skills:
Apex, LWC, Flows, Omnistudio
Batch classes, triggers
Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP)
Salesforce DevOps & CI/CD practices
Security configurations (PSS, permission sets)
✅ What You'll Bring:
Salesforce certifications or equivalent Trailhead credentials
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments
A passion for Salesforce innovation and secure coding practices
