About the role:
We are currently seeking a skilled SAP Finance Consultant with strong experience in S/4HANA to join one of our leading clients as they undertake a significant transformation program. This role will play a key part in driving finance-related process improvements and system enhancements across the enterprise.
You will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure SAP Finance modules, and ensure successful integration and delivery within an S/4HANA environment. Your expertise will contribute to both the design and implementation phases of the project, helping to optimise financial processes and reporting capabilities.
Essential Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience in SAP Finance, with mandatory hands-on experience in S/4HANA projects
- Minimum of 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations as an SAP FICO Consultant
- Proven experience working in a matrix business environment, collaborating with onshore/offshore teams across Applications, Integration, Security, and Data Exchange
- Practical experience with modern SAP technologies, including S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and Fiori
- Strong understanding of finance-related business processes and underlying IT systems
- Solid knowledge and working experience with Agile delivery frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
- Retail industry project experience is highly desirable
