Senior Change Manager - People & Culture & Technology
A leading financial services organisation in Brisbane is undergoing a significant transformation - and they're looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to help drive success across their People & Culture and Technology functions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in reshaping how people, processes, and teams align during a high-profile change initiative.
Your focus:
You'll lead change strategy and execution across People & Culture initiatives - including organisational alignment and restructure efforts - while engaging with key stakeholders in the Technology and Transformation space.
What you'll bring:
Demonstrated experience as a Senior Change Manager within large, complex organisations (ideally financial services space or large Enterprise space)
A track record of leading People & Culture transformation or organisational design/restructure programs
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity and work collaboratively across multiple business units
