Our client, a leading organisation undergoing significant transformation, is seeking a Technology Risk Specialist to support one of its most critical programs. This is a pivotal opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of a large-scale technology program within a mature and values-driven environment.
As a Technology Risk Specialist, you'll be embedded within the Transformation Management Office, working across governance, assurance, and risk practices. Your mission? To uplift, manage, and embed robust risk and control strategies that enhance delivery confidence and manage both execution and delivered technology risks.
You'll collaborate closely with Risk, Delivery, Business Control Owners, and vendor partners - driving outcomes that influence senior leadership and support a strong risk culture across the enterprise.
Partner with business and tech teams to provide expert advice and drive risk culture maturity.
Manage and report on RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions) activity for the CSI Program.
Develop and integrate risk strategies into delivery planning and decision-making processes.
Support assurance activities and manage risk-related artefacts within platforms such as Archer.
Provide insights and reporting to influence strategic decision-making across the program.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organisation.
Solid understanding of risk frameworks and risk identification, assessment, and escalation.
Highly organised with a data-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
Ability to operate in ambiguity and shape high-level messaging for senior stakeholders.
A collaborative team player with strong analytical and insight-generation capabilities.
In addition, experience within a large PMO or delivery office, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
